A God Who Sees

in 2019 I spoke in Angola, Indiana on the subject "The God Who Sees".
It was a blessing to share my conviction through my own life's journey that this living God who I am so in love with and have committed to serving, has always seen me and my journey! He has always made himself known in his way and timing. I could always rest in his promise that he would never leave me nor forsake me.
The Bible gives this promise to all of us in Psalm 23:4 (NASB)
"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me."
Your valley may not have the same name as mine or the next person but the valley of your deepest need is the very place where though you may not see his hand, you can always trust his heart!
This heart made of love, undying, fully committed, sacrificial, unbelievable, miraculous love, could not operate without the relationship with us. This love which shares space and breath with humanity. This love which used his hands to touch our grounded life as dirt before we even knew what form we would take, but who has carefully woven us like a delicate quilt showing his spectacular choices of colors and textures in all of our features.
This love who invested his very breath into our lungs would not, could not again breathe himself without the thought of us because we are married and joined as one. So as the bride of Christ, we have his allegiance and pledge of faithfulness, to walk with us every step of our relationship journey. So even though we walk in valleys which leave us barren, parched and wondering where he could possibly be, He is the God who sees every fragment piece of our thoughts, actions, cries, prayers, anger, grief, hurts, joys, triumphs, doubts, and beliefs.
He is the God who was, is, and always will be there!
He sees me!
